The flat (Apartment) has :
- A beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course and the pines, with no neighbours on either side, where you can spend pleasant moments around the table or on a deckchair;
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a large cupboard,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet,
- a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom (shower), a toilet and a large wardrobe,
- a cabin room with two bunk beds with an independent balcony and a cupboard.

The living room / dining room
The living/dining room is bathed in light. A television set is at your disposal.
You have access to the swimming pool and its small pool as well as to the secured bicycle room and a parking space identified with a direct access to the lift.
Board games are at your disposal (Uno, Monopoly junior, Master Mind…).
For babies, a cot and a high chair are available.

The flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, 1 mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and toilet, and a cabin bedroom with a separate balcony.
The open kitchen, new (2021) has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob… The living/dining room is equipped with a TV and is bathed in light.
For babies, a cot and a high chair are at your disposal.
- Obligatory cleaning (preferable for all in this sanitary context): 80€.
- Rental of bed linen and towels (purchase 2021): 10€/ person
- Advance payment: 30% of the total amount. 5% discount for two consecutive weeks
- Deposit: 500€.
